Estimated Patient Volumes
Patient volumes
are estimated using data from a hospital's most recent Medicare
Cost Report, Medicare inpatient claims data (MedPAR), and Medicare
outpatient claims data (OPPS). Estimates are rounded to
the nearest hundred.
