This file highlights claims data at the APC level for each available facility nationwide.

Based upon a single calendar year of Medicare OPPS claims data, the following fields are included in a comma delimited text format:

• Provider ID
• APC Code
• Claims
• Units
• Charges
• Reimbursement

Only instances of more than 10 claims are reported in compliance with CMS data release policies.
